We start with your operation, not a catalogue — what has to work, and what it costs when it doesn’t.
Step 01 / Day 0
Hardware is half the job. These are the services that make it run.
Sec. 01
Every network we build starts with the building itself — floor plans, wall materials, user density, and where your business is headed in the next five years. We design the wired and wireless layers together, so access points, switching, and cabling are one coherent system instead of accumulated patches.
Installation ends with documentation, not just connectivity: labeled ports, network diagrams, and credentials handed over in a form your next IT hire can pick up cold. If a cable exists, it's on a drawing somewhere.
Scope
Cabling is the layer everything else depends on, and the layer most often done badly. We run Cat6, Cat6A, and fiber to certification standards — every run tested, every result recorded, so the network above it never has to be debugged blind.
That means proper containment, clean patch panels, racks you can work in, and as-built diagrams delivered at handover. Ten years from now, the person tracing a fault should thank whoever labeled that panel. That's the standard.
Scope
Whether it's a first proper server room or the retirement of one that's overdue, we handle the physical build, the platform layer, and the move itself. Virtualization comes first wherever it makes sense — fewer boxes, easier recovery, cleaner growth.
Migrations run against a cutover plan with a rollback path, scheduled around your operating hours. The goal is that the business notices the improvement, not the transition.
Scope
Coverage is designed from sightlines and risk, not camera counts — entrances, cash points, blind corners, and the routes between them. We install IP camera systems and door control that work as one platform, from a single reader on one door to biometric access across a campus.
Because we also deploy the AI analytics layer, the same cameras can count people, flag events in real time, and manage parking — so the security system pays for itself in operations, not just incidents.
Scope
A meeting room is a system: display, audio pickup, control, scheduling, and the network carrying all of it. We deliver rooms — designed, installed, and commissioned — rather than boxes that someone else has to make work together.
Every build ends with a commissioning pass: call quality tested from every seat, one-touch join verified against your calendar platform, and staff shown how to run the room in the five minutes before their first meeting.
Scope
Support that starts remote and escalates on-site when it needs to. Our desk covers users, devices, and the network underneath them — with remote monitoring in place so a good share of issues are caught and resolved before anyone raises a ticket.
Every request is logged, tracked, and closed with a record, so patterns surface early: the aging switch, the license about to lapse, the user who needs training rather than a fourth password reset.
Scope
An AMC turns IT from unpredictable emergencies into a fixed line item. Preventive visits happen on schedule — cleaning, patching, testing backups, checking what's about to fail — and when something does break, you're at the front of the queue under a defined response SLA.
Parts, labor, and reporting sit under one agreement. Quarterly reviews show you what was done, what was found, and what to budget for next — so renewal decisions are based on evidence, not hope.
Scope
Certified diagnostics and repair for the hardware we supply — and most of what we don't. Printers, laptops, banking equipment, and network gear are bench-tested, repaired with genuine parts, and returned with a record of what was done.
Where a manufacturer warranty applies, we manage the claim on your behalf: paperwork, shipping, follow-up. Loaner units keep critical roles running while their machine is away.
Scope
The right licenses, at the right count, renewed before they lapse. We source Microsoft, Google, security suites, and line-of-business applications through authorized channels, and we keep the entitlements record straight so an audit is an email, not a crisis.
Just as important: not over-buying. License reviews routinely find seats no one uses and tiers no one needs — procurement should track the org chart, not outlast it.
Scope
Email, files, and workloads moved to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or Azure and AWS — with identity, access, and backup configured from day one rather than bolted on after the first incident. Tenants are set up to best practice, not defaults.
Migrations are staged so mail keeps flowing and files stay reachable throughout. When it's done, your data is where modern work expects it to be, protected the way it should have been all along.
Scope
Security run as an ongoing service, not an annual scramble. Endpoints, email, and the network perimeter are monitored and patched continuously, with monthly reporting that shows what was blocked, what was fixed, and what's trending.
Backup and disaster recovery are part of the same discipline — and they get tested, because an untested backup is a rumor. When something does get through, response is a documented procedure, not an improvisation.
Scope
A rollout isn't finished when the installer completes — it's finished when people use the thing. We deploy applications to every seat, configured to your workflow, integrated with the systems already in place.
Then we train: hands-on sessions for the people who'll live in the software daily, quick references for everyone else, and a follow-up pass a few weeks in to close the gap between installed and adopted. Licenses should earn their renewal.

Sec. 02
We start with your operation, not a catalogue — what has to work, and what it costs when it doesn’t.
Step 01 / Day 0
Walkthrough, measurements, and photos — existing cabling, power, and coverage mapped before anything is quoted.
Step 02 / WK 0–1
A line-item bill of quantities with real part numbers — what you’re buying, why, and what it costs.
Step 03 / WK 1–2
Equipment sourced, staged, and installed by our own engineers — scheduled around your working hours.
Step 04 / WK 2–5
Every link tested, every room demonstrated — you sign off on working systems and keep the as-built pack.
Step 05 / WK 5–6
Helpdesk, monitoring, and maintenance under contract — the part most vendors skip is where we start.
Step 06 / Ongoing
Sec. 03
Preventive Visits
Scheduled maintenance on every covered asset — cleaning, patching, firmware, and a written health report each visit.
Priority Response
Contract clients jump the queue — guaranteed response windows, remote first, on-site when it counts.
Parts & Labor Coverage
Repairs, replacements, and the hours they take are covered. No surprise invoices mid-year.
